Not Satisfied with Your Items? If you are not satisfied with the products, please contact us at enquiries@squeezepop.online. Due to the freshness of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we will do our best to find a suitable solution! We genuinely care about our customers and specifically, creating a positive experience for you.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it.

Cancellations If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will issue a full refund. For cancellations received after 24 hours, we will refund the full value if the items have not been shipped. However, if the items have been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Non-Delivery If any items are returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., Parcel Force attempted to deliver, and you were not in and did not arrange a redelivery or collection), you will not be eligible for a refund.
